What’s The Best Diet For Weight Loss?


Is There Such Thing As The Best Diet?

This is a question that I’m often asked and I want to be clear before answering this.

A diet, is simply an eating pattern. It’s a way of eating and it can change from day to day, week to week, year to year. With that said, there are many factors that go into play when we start talking about what the best diet is for YOU.

There can be food intolerances or allergies, hormonal issues, genetic issues, moral issues and more, so determining what is best can be subjective.

With that said, trial and error is going to be key in order to figure out what you should be doing. At the end of the day, my best piece of advice for you is this…

If it runs, swims, grows, or flies, then it stands a pretty good chance of being healthy and should be included in your diet. It will most likely be the most nutrient dense and provide you with the most bang for your buck from a health standpoint!
