What’s The Difference Between A Push Up Plank And A Forearm Plank?
When training your core you might include plank variations in your programming. Planks are great for core stabilization and allow you to focus on getting strong all around your trunk. (When thinking of core, it’s the musculature all around your spine).
There are two plank variations that many people wonder about. The push up position plank hold and the forearm position plank hold.
Both are great movements and both should be utilized.
