Here it is Part 2 of the How Get Ripped Training Program. This program includes the complete Upper Body Strength & Conditioning.
Just like Part 1 the goal is to maximize each training session by increasing your overall metabolic rate.
Considering the goal is to Get Ripped make sure to adjust the weight as needed. However, in order to maintain muscle and possibility build new muscle we still want to push the weight to the max while maintaining good form and hitting rep count of 10.
The key to this is intensity! So hit the gym focussed and ready for action.
In Part 3 we will focus on Full Body which will be our most intense session of the program. All compound exercises that will combine the benefits of HIIT and Functional Strength Training.
